Why We Don't Display Our Price

A friend had asked, why CandidSyndrome do not put any prices (on packages that we are offering) on the website? Isn’t hard for potential clients to engage you when you do not put prices on your website?

There are reasons we don’t put our prices on the website.

1. We want to meet our potential client(s) face to face

The Business of Photography nowadays isn’t just about photography; it is more than that. We at CandidSyndrome treat this business as a consulting business where we give consultation to our (potential) clients face to face. By doing this, we will know more about our clients expectation better, and our clients will know more about us. That is why, we will insist on a meeting before anything. That's why our photographs look so intimate and lively.

2. We want our clients to see, hold and feel the final product.

We do not want potential clients to waste their time by “shopping around” for photographers based on prices and will only be able to see the final product on screen. It will definitely waste their time if they do that. CandidSyndrome insists on quality where during the first meet we will show our clients the endproducts they will get. There and then, the client will be able to judge and see the quality of our work with the prices that we are offering. The saying “you pay peanuts, and you will get monkeys” is true if our let our clients shop around.

3. It’s your questions time!

By meeting with us, our clients will be able to ask a whole lot of questions and we will give our best answers. Beats having to type your questions in an email huh?

4. FOC!
First meeting is always Free of Charge (FOC)! No obligation in signing up for any packages. Basically, we are willing to meet you in our gallery if you are willing to meet us.

Semalam, semasa dalam 1 meeting bersama Vernon (Ning's Manager) at Jovian Mandagie's Boutique, suddenly Datuk Izhar masuk with her daughters. Well, macam biasa pasal nak buat baju for wedding. Masa Jovian sdg consult his client, I took the opportunity to talk with Datuk Izhar about his business journey.
